I ate A1 on steak when I was a child. Now that I'm a man I eat like a man and think like a man.
medium rare to rare, no sauce.
(ps - Brisket that's rubbed and smoked properly needs no BBQ sauce)

PS: A1 makes for a great marinade on chicken, pork, and less desirable cuts of beef.

It's really good on hashbrowns that were covered in cheese with a couple over easy eggs

I only use A1 on chopped steak patties. And mashed taters.
