Research the story regarding John hitting it off a beer can over the clubhouse at the Fred Meyer Challenge in Portland early 90's.... hehehe
I've known John for 38 years. He's as genuine a person as I think I've ever met... exactly what you think he is....a really good dude. One of the most sincere, generous, benevolent human beings I've ever known.

One of the most sincere, generous, benevolent human beings I've ever known. The most naturally gifted golfer I’ve ever seen…..as far as inherent spine and shoulder range of motion, distance vision with automatic adjustments for wind and elevation (his eyes are like a range finder on steroids) and eye/hand coordination. Yes; I know he worked his butt off at Arkansas honing his skills; but he could fall out of bed and win a couple majors. While at Arkansas, he should have seen a psychiatrist as frequently as he was on the golf course (which was all the time) We are all our own worst enemies; and he certainly exemplifies that human quality.

CC, I've been around world class players my literal entire life.... played with a dozen major champions. There has never been nor will there ever be another like John. I've never seen anyone that can drink beer like him and not get hammered, piss their drawers, then puke. John and Fred are the two most naturally gifted players I've ever known. Few know they were both great, great athletes....crazy athletic. According to coach "Freddie" had D1 offers in 3 different sports.... soccer, baseball, and golf. John could kick and throw a football/baseball with heat behind em. Supposedly he made national punt, pass, and kick finals.. The only one I know of that's like em is Dustin Johnson... BTW, the best thing John had going for him in regards to his golf is this, A TOTAL and complete lack of self awareness....not all that great for life, but, for golf it's a huge asset.

It's to bad we don't have John Daly posting in the OT.

I'm afraid I'd pull a Charles Barkley twitch if I had to hit off of her tee box.
