Robert and I got to the lake around 9. Weather man said 5 to 10 but what we experienced was 10 to 20 and we both got a shower while heading to the first spot. I'm sure this wasn't as bad as what Steve experienced on Tuesday. Water temperature was in the low 80's and was stained. We were determined to fight it out to catch our favorite fish. We hit 2 spots on the northwest side of lake before heading to the dam where we found 2 additional areas holding fish. We didn't get to fish the "pointed rock" spot due to another angler occupying it. From there we fished the community hole to close out the day at 2:30. We ended the day with 166 fish which were caught on gulp alive charthouse and stary night colors. All fish were released.

Zane...nice fish & report...Not sure if we will ever get a break from this relentless wind. It won't stop me from going, but it just makes everything harder...And I got wet as well.

Nice catch ! Pretty fish.

My experience with Fayette and the weatherman is figure for at least 50% higher on the wind forecasted for LaGrange.
