I was doing some prefishing for a CAST for kids event. I couldn’t keep a 1 ounce weight in the water and the 30 mile an hour gusts required me to put a big rock on my rod holder to keep it from blowing over. There were no boats at the ramp. One guy came up and put his boat in. After he beat his boat up trying to tie it to the dock, he put the boat back on the trailer and left. To make matters worse the turtle bite was full on.

We haven't fished all month because of it. Uugghh

Is that the water body record for that type of turtle ?

No. I have caught much bigger ones.

That's the main reason I love BANK FISHING!

I sure wish I could. We have so much they are just flushing it through the lakes.

It seems that the wind has been brutal all year.
