Then 4 months of hell. I rekin texdawg and Westside are excited.
I can’t stand summer. I didn’t even like it as a kid even though we were outside 12 hrs a day.
It just sucks to go outside in 100 degree temp.
Gimme 40 and shorts, hoodie, and crocs.

I'll take a 100* over 20* any day. But I don't like paying for the cooling or heating bills in either event. AHAHAHAHAHHA

Give me 100° over winter temps. I love summer. Our “winter” was glorious this year….seemed like only ten days below 35.

I prefer below 80. You can always get warmer with clothing, but there's only so many clothes you can take off - particularly at my age

I used to have this friendly debate at work. Almost all my co-workers were women and they all loved summer, which worked just fine for them considering they worked inside in 72° air conditioning and didn't have outdoor hobbies like fishing. They also don't do a lot of grass mowing.
I hate summer. I just endure it until it's over. Thank the Lord my bass club fishes night tournaments in June, July, and August.

Give me 100° over winter temps. I love summer. Be sure and set your office AC to 103. My office stays around 72° I bet I would like summer a whole lot more if I worked indoors. Before I became a RN I did HVAC. I hated summers except that was when the money was good. Nuthin like draggin an oxy/acetylene rig into a 160° attic to solder up a copper joint or two. Nursing, they kept the hospitals pretty darn cool for infection control purposes. One day our unit was really uncomfortably cool and maintenance came up and put thermometers all around and they averaged 62°. A mixing damper was stuck open back in the trunk feeding our unit.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it !

95 and up sucks when you have high humidity. When we lived in Presdio, 100 plus, was not bad, but those were days when the humidity was down to single digits. The lowest ever saw was 4%.

Afternoon hunts in November can be just as bad as October lots of times to.

Anything under 96 I am good with. Once we start hitting 100+ it sucks. House stays hot, car stays hot and it is all around miserable.
