Shadeur could be a mask murderer and teams would still draft him if they thought he was a franchise QB.

... I’m talking real problems... So permanently injuring a school resources officer isn't a "real problem"???... Ok???... Didn't know there were accepted levels of thuggery... Again, I've got no beef with Deion or his family... He seemed like a good guy playing for the Reds... Just don't try to make excuses... I don't watch a lot of Big 12 games... That league has had the rep of being all offense, no defense for years... Dan

Travis hunters dad is on parole, and had to get court orders to attend the draft, that’s why he wasn’t at the heisman presentation. Everyone has family problem, is that apart of the evaluation process now?

He’s clearly getting attention because he hasn’t been drafted where he fits in as far as talent or metrics. TOE, talent over everything. Sure the qb position is a bit different, but listen to all the reasons why they supposedly don’t want him.
1. He’s to present on social media. 2. He’s not humble. 3. Bad attitude. 4. Now it’s later in the draft and teams are drafting backup qbs and Shadeur wants to start, so that will be a bad locker room dynamic.
Now some are saying he should petition to get his last year of eligibility in college back?
Holy smokes. You guys are throwing out that it isn’t race before anyone even mentioned race. I don’t think it’s race, but I do think it’s hate for the sanders name. If anyone knows, all they’ve ever done was turn things around and win. Nobody knows why he hasn’t been drafted, but he surely deserves to know the truth why.
His brother posted 2 videos about this. Day one and day two his attitude was great while his name got past up time and time again. This will just be fuel, and guaranteed he outperforms the qbs drafted before him. Is it possible that the scouts see past the hype machine? Is it possible that they don't want a circus in the building, maybe they see him as not coachable, he doesn't fit the traditional narrative of a qb physically, at least what nfl teams seem to like, how many teams truly needed a qb? He is gonna get a chance somewhere he just isn't gonna roll in with it all laid out on a silver platter. You mentioned Kyler Murray, he had a way way better resume and his time in the nfl hasn't been without controversy, he has got one coach fired already and I suspect will get a few more fired before it's over. I seem to recall them wanting to put verbiage in his contract about watching film a minimum number of hours a week..... and he has a heisman The NFL has fifty years of quality data at every position. I have no doubt; they can just enter about forty measurable variables and the computer program will inform the GM where that player will be drafted. Not true. they hire scouts. It must have just been a fluke that Shadeur, the son of Deion, was the only very highly overrated player in the draft. Let's tap the brakes, there are over rated players in every draft. Lets rewind and consider how many qbs have been drafted in the last 15 years that never amounted to anything in the league.

... The media is quite closely connected to the front offices of these teams and there seems to be a consistent narrative being spread that teams are trying to “teach Deion a lesson” what a weird thing if that’s true. The kid doesn’t get attention because he is bad. Take out your hate for Deion on his son, weird. Deion is a media darling... So who again is trying to teach someone a lesson??? Heck, Colorado banned a reporter because he was asking Deion "tough questions"... It's your take that's weird... Did you have a bet on which team/ round Shedure would go in???... Again, the #1 job of a GM and HC is to win games... In the NFL it's win at all cost... See NE and Bill Belichick... Yeah he's hated, his act wore thin but he won 7 Super Bowls... Dan

When a player drops this far something is up. The scouts and coaches do this for a living. They know way more then we do. Plus investing 20 million or so isn't chump change. But it does just warm my heart with Sanders not being drafted

If you draft Shedeur, you also get the Deion hype circus. It has been that way forever. Shedeur would need to be a generational talent to overcome that. He is not a generational talent. Hell, he may not even be NFL material. His best years may already be behind him.

You were the one saying the Sander's family was pure as the wind driven snow... All I did was point out the simple fact it wasn't true... And yes, family is probably part of the evaluation process... Just like the type of friends he associates with... It ain't the deciding factor, but how do we know all these little tidbits???... Because the NFL and teams do background checks... Dan

I don’t think it’s hate or that he interviewed poorly. His metrics and potential are where he will draft. I remember the the female owner of the Rams drafting Nebraska’s Lawrence Phillips at number seven knowing he had a police record full of violent behavior toward women and others.
He just doesn’t measure up well for the NFL. He’s the size of Kyler Murray without the arm strength or speed. He’s like Dak, but without the size or leadership qualities. He’s a sixth round pick if I ever saw one. Shadeur is 6’1 215, his size is now under scrutiny? He’s got 3 inches on Kyler Murray. Why were ALL of the analysts, all the coaches, pretty much everyone saying he was the 2nd best qb im the draft. There hasn’t been this much disparity between a front office and the media as long as I can remember. You my friend have been seduced by Mel Kiper, ESPN's BS and the Prime/Sanders bling. He'll probably get picked and all will be somewhat right, he'll get his NFL chance. Heck I would take 3 of his WR's before him he had a great WR room.

One thing is for certain Vegas won huge on this one, nobody expected him to slip past the 2nd round, much less into day 3.
I’m actually not a fan of cu football, or the big 12 for that matter. But, I do follow college football closely, and Shadeur sanders is a better talent than Dillion Gabriel or the kid from Louisville that nobody even knows.
