can anyone tell me what the water level is at Holbrook today , are there any roads blocked to get to it ? was wanting to do some bank fishing there this weekend and dont want to drive all the way up there to find out i cant fish it ...

The water will be muddy and falling and the fishing will be pretty slow.

For Lake levels in Texas you can go to mexia.lakesonline.com or www.lakelevels.info. or TPWD . I like the first one myself   None of these three websites have any information for the subject lake, Holbrook.
