 No FFS - Who's Going To Be First?

Who's going to be the first to offer a decent sized No FFS team trail in Texas? Specifically, north Texas.
I don't care to debate FFS. It is what it is and it's been beat to death. I subscribe to the theory; if you don't like it, do something different. That's what I'm looking to do. No pun intended.

By all means start another trail so turnouts can get split up more and payouts can be even worse..... nothing like fishing for half your entry fee back....

By all means start another trail so turnouts can get split up more and payouts can be even worse..... nothing like fishing for half your entry fee back.... Just don’t guarantee 1st, 2nd, & 3rd…..you might not have enough boats.

I'd seen some news about what MLF and Bassmaster were going to do as far as FFS last week and wish I could find the article again. I've probably got this wrong but it seemed like the article said something to the effect that Bassmasters was going to regulate what lures could be used with it and MLF was going to regulate certain segments of a tournament where it could or couldn't be used.
