Academy has the P Line flourocarbon on sale for half price. Never used it but at that price thought I would try it

I don’t think I would, but their CXX is tough as nails for a copoly. I like it in 30 pound for big swimbaits.

I have been using P-Line in 3 weights, 4, 6, and 8 lb test. I think it's some of the best on the market.

Yep I have used the cxx a long time. If you hang it up it's about impossible to break it. If the flouro is half that tough it will be some good stuff.

Pound for pound, the only reason PLine is stronger is because it’s thicker then almost all other brands

This is true across all brands of fluro. Everyone says how tough gama is, well look at the diameter.

Basically, for thinner diameter fluro, there is not reason to use anything other than sunline sniper.

In thicker diameters it means much less, they’re all strong enough.

Exactly! They play a numbers game and people fall for it. 10# P-Line is almost as big as 17# Seaguar Invizx, it should be strong!

Drag something on zebra mussels all day. I agree it’s overrated for some applications, but definitely not all.

Pline cxx is the greatest moving bait ever designed. I don’t give a [censored] what diameter is I throw shad raps on bait casters with and never have problems. I think some just don’t know how to cast.

I do use seaguar invisx for contact baits and only change it once a year, again, learn how to cast, pitch, flip, skip and you will likely never have any problems. I used sunline fluorescent one time, stripped it and replaced it with pline cxx for night fishing. It was trash.

100%. Has the most memory of any fluro I have used. I moved to Sunline and have never looked back.

Tried P-Line a couple times a long time ago and had a very poor experience with it. I use others
