Good heavy rain for the last hour or so here. I just got finished placing several bags of sakrete around a culvert pipe I installed. Perfect timing for once.

Big storm hit Brownwood this morning as I was exiting Walmart! Absolute deluge as I drove south at 40 mpH. Probably 2 or 3 inches in a short period of time!

We got cheated on the rains yesterday. Only got .05. Looking good today, up to about .40 so far.

We got some good / heavy rain this morning. Seems more is coming. I need a little break in this so I can fertilize my yard.

Just cloudy here. No rain at all today. Yesterday got just an inch of rain in the backyard gauge . Day before yesterday picked up 1.25". So far 2.25". There is a slight chance of more rain tonight and tomorrow. We need it. eeks

Started here around 9 am.

Poured around noon, still raining.

South JoCO and Hill Co got tore up for a while there. Ended up cancelling work today because of it. Driving home and the ditch that runs downhill and feeds into the river was out of it's banks, across the road. If Hop was here, he would have been charging the rapids.

**And the lighting was In-Tense! Bad electrical storm down here.

We ended up with 3.3" and now a couple of spillway gates are open on Cedar Creek because the lake is a little over normal pool.
