Does no one ☝️ eat souse meat? Head cheese? Lard? I’ll admit to never eating skirl brains but had my share of pork and beef brains. I guarantee you have too.

Used to eat pork brains and scrambled eggs. They were delicious. Could buy them in cans at the grocery store. Haven’t seen them in a long time.

Country boy from West Virginia here. I’ve had squirrels many times in my younger years. Can’t remember if Auntie Edith used the brains. Gosh, I loved Auntie Edith. I swear that woman could make a cat turd taste good! cheers
