Seems this culture teaches and continues to justify this trend.

They have had hundreds of years to join civilized society but remain unable to do so because examples just like this are their road map.

Need stronger leaders to set examples and call out the failures.

At the end of the day, the outcome often hinges on the quality and connections of the defendant’s attorney. Our judicial system has become more of a negotiation process than a pursuit of pure justice, two sides making deals behind closed doors. When a defense lawyer is well connected, respected, and skilled in negotiation, the odds of securing a favorable plea deal increase significantly.

It might not be what people want to hear, but the truth is this trial carries social weight and with that comes leverage. That leverage can, and often does, influence the direction of negotiations.

This is the reality of our current system: someone commits a crime, then works to frame the consequences in a way that suggests broader harm if the full punishment is applied. Suddenly, leniency becomes a strategic move, not a moral one. It’s a harsh truth, our justice system, in many ways, reflects its flaws more than its ideals.

This and the fact that we are now sooooooooo very tribal that a jury of your peers is going to ignore that you beat the daylights out a female police officer in broad daylight on camera and your "peers" found you not guilty. This happened in Cal in the last few years.

How does a society repair that ?

Historically, I would say war. History tends to repeat.

The idea of a "reset" is likely much more extreme than most Americans are currently willing to embrace. We're too comfortable with our way of life, and few are willing to make the sacrifices necessary to truly reform or rebuild the systems within our government.

As a society, we keep kicking the can down the road. What Trump is trying to do, no matter how chaotic or outrageous it may seem at times, reflects an attempt to fundamentally reset the core structures of American society.

This “attempt” will be the last one America gets. Will it be successful? No. Why? Human nature does not change it only “cycles.” This human nature is why history always “seems” to repeat itself.

Jeremiah 7:28 KJV

But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the Lord their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.

Galatians 4 : 16

Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

That's not even the same kid....

Here's the kid on the right and his victim on the left. Those pics on the right are from his FB page hours before he ended the guy's life on the left.

Didn't want you to be confused by any less than authentic pics.
