I recognize the one on the left . It was a topwater , but it sank. You could cast it a mile , but had to work it very fast to keep it on top. I had a couple( might still do ) but do not recall ever catching a striper on them. My go to topwater for striper was a redfin, followed closely with a Rebel " windcheater' ( like a pop R on steroids ). They don't make them anymore , I have a half dozen or so, was thinking about putting them on the classified section.

MO Cool old lures for Stripers and Schooling Sand Bass, my go to was the old Near Nuthin' from Cotton Cordell. The smaller ones were easy to find but the bigger Striper size were hard to find. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkkwzc4KjOA

The one on the left was made by Cotton Cordell , it was called " the blue striper", now my curiosity has been activated, I will have to look thru my old tackle boxes.  MO
