Wish they'd hung Santa Anna. Yep. The battle lasted about 18 minutes, and Santa Anna ran like a coward. When they caught him the next day one of the methods the men suggested to take care of him was to nail his testicles to a tree stump and then push him off backwards!

Every time I see Mexicans sleeping under a dump truck with their heads in alignment of the wheels, I think that the Battle of San Jacinto was probable a cake walk.
