Taking my dad on our first trip in a while to Fork. We used to stay at Fisherman's Cove, where's the best place to stay at these days?
Any fishing tips would be greatly appreciated as well, he's older and we haven't been in years. Thank you all!

Just spent 4 days on Fork, stayed at Popes Landing, nice place to stay. Look for grass, Birch Creek and under the bridge at Little Mustang were good to us. We fished shallow, whacky senko and trick worms , texas rigged lizards and baby brush hawgs worked best for us. Still a lot of fish up in the dirt. Had decent success in the evening with pop r's, buzz baits and frogs. A lot of pressure, good luck

I spent a week up there last month and stayed at Oak Ridge Marina. Do recommend, nice rooms, great food, nice staff.

I've stayed at all three of these mentioned over the years, and they're all ok. But, Burnin stump is the only one with covered parking for your boat. It's clean, has good HVAC, and reasonably priced. I've been staying there the last 10 years or so. No restaurant, but you can get food at Oak Ridge, Lake Fork Marina, or several more places within 5 minutes.

Scenic 515 cabins also has covered parking for your boat. Nice little 2 bed cabins.
