I want to give a huge shout out to 6th Sense baits.... I ordered some baits through them online about 2 weeks ago. Well they shipped it USPS and I cannot begin to say how many issues we have had getting USPS packages. Since January 2025, we have had probably close to $1000.00 worth of packages "Delivered" to our address and it would go to a different mail box. Of course there is not an honest person around here, that will return a package that does not belong to them.

But I emailed 6th Sense after it says it was delivered explaining my issue and that USPS pretty much did not care, as usual it was not their fault (USPS). They asked for another mailing address and I gave them my P.O. Box number and within a few days, I have another package sent to me.

I am not a tournament pro, barely an average Joe on the weekends but they stepped up and made a customer for life.

You are absolutely correct...

They are great people. I had a trip a couple of years back and I had an order of their swim jigs I really needed. They had the order for 4-5 days and it had not shipped and it was cutting it close. I felt I had ordered it in plenty of time. I called them and they overnighted them to me at their expense. Great CS for sure. I love their crankbaits and some of their shakey worms. Overall, their product line is really solid.

I’m not a fan of their hard stuff but I really like their soft plastic swimbait lineup.

After talking to Lee Livesay at the Classic really sold me. When you are a touring pro and you need a certain bait made and shipped to you over night, I thought that was awesome and yes I bought some of their pink Flush baits. This post was not about their Pro Staff just saying how much I really appreciate their customer service.

That's awesome that they did that. I have major problems with UPS also. Had a pair of Lithium Ion batteries get "delivered" to my house despite never showing up. The manufacturer was very understanding and shot me a pair of replacements and those aren't cheap! Glad to hear 6th Sense is willing to do likewise when so many other companies (and people) these days don't give a rat's about anybody else.

My issue was USPS, They just flat out suck... Not once, not twice or even three times, this is the 4th or 5th time, they have delivered to wrong address
