Proper Brit sandwich would be sliced cucumber, goat cheese, with a balsamic glaze drizzle.

I've never tried goat cheese. Just doesn't seem appetizing. I have tried lactose free mild, it's terrible.

Just like cow milk cheese there’s different kinds.

Aldi sells several flavored varieties. One has blueberries around the edge. Great on crackers. Cheaper there too.

Same here. I just discovered it in the past few weeks. We make a hamburger type salads and this what I put on for the cheese. The idea came from when we went to a new restaurant by us called Hop Daddy that will convert their hamburgers into salads.
