Delicious. Proper Brit sandwich would be sliced cucumber, goat cheese, with a balsamic glaze drizzle.
Pinkies up of course.

Pinkies up of course. Toss out the cucumber, and replace the bread with a wheat thin. Now we are talkin!

I've never tried goat cheese. Just doesn't seem appetizing. I have tried lactose free mild, it's terrible.

Just like cow milk cheese there’s different kinds.
It makes the best queso flamedo for sure. If you don’t know what that is you lead a deprived life.

Aldi sells several flavored varieties. One has blueberries around the edge. Great on crackers. Cheaper there too.

We make a hamburger type salads and this what I put on for the cheese. The idea came from when we went to a new restaurant by us called Hop Daddy that will convert their hamburgers into salads.
