Then sear the heck out of it. Again, doesn’t matter the method gas, charcoal or cast iron sear. Mommas always happy and that makes a happy life! Keep looking forward. That’s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.

You fill the tub with cut dry mesquite limbs and light the wood. You let it burn down to coals and place a grill on top of it. Then you cook your steak on it. It's one fine searing sum biatch. Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard. If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.
