Scouted Salado today. What a cool little town with tons of character! Golf course looked great and we found a neighborhood nearby with new houses being built that check all the boxes. My wife fell in love with the area so there’s that.
My parents have lived in Salado for 26 years. It's still small but growing. Neat little shops downtown that my girls like to go to and families
go to Mill Creek for picnics and wading in the water. Barrow's Brewery is nice also.
