BBQ sandwich I've had since I moved from Houston. An 1 1/4" thick with some bbq great sauce. LJ's in Brenham on N. Main just before 290 W.

I went to food tasting event in Dallas a few weeks ago. LJ’s was one of the vendors. Their beef cheeks confit was the best barbecue that I have ever eaten.
