They need quit giving money to those who don't pay. Those of us in the middle class get hosed every time we get paid.

It’s a framework which gives an amount within which various spending bills must fit. The actual spending bills will be in the headlines for quite awhile to come.
Most importantly it will only require a majority in the house and 51 votes in the senate.

Not taxing Social Security benefits would be HUGE in this household.

I'm with jcg57...not taxing social security would be a BIG help to me....but you know they won't do that because the rich guys will get all the tax breaks...that's how the DC game is played.
