The truth is none of the older anglers are going to be able to compete with the younger generation. Also lisa is running bass into ground. The last 2 years have shown, you are correct on both counts!

If an Angler has a tournament at Cayuga Lake (NY) and decides to fish Seneca lake during the off periods to acclimate, that angler is not allowed to ask or gain information about Seneca lake? Local bait shop, marina, guy at gas station? Maybe they have a show and want good content and not scouting footage, or maybe they have their wife and looking to crappie fish so they hire a guide. Isn’t all of that information that is helpful to the angler that is not public? Even though it’s on a different fishery?
I bet they do that often and it’s never been considered cheating. I have seen people making assumptions that they were speaking in code. I hate assumptions so I’ll leave that alone. But it’s never been cheating to gain information on lakes that fish similar. This just sounds over the top. Nailed it. So what are the accuracy rates of polygraphs? 50%? 40%? Does it matter who administers it? You dang right it does!

Herren failed. Turned out he had broken the rule after the fail, (whether u agree or not) Scott won't take one from BASS. So why? Bc he's innocent? LOL! They aren't 100% accurate but what is? Judges and juries aren't either. It's the only preventive available and as far as I know I have never heard of anyone Dq'd at any level that has fought and won by proving they are innocent! Poly's are to deter people from cheating and what they do find are inaccuracies in peoples stories. That's why every law enforcement dept in the world uses them. Not for court but to find the inaccuracies in the story. The old "smoke and fire" saying and he has had smoke around him for 25 years!
What do you think about tommy sanders and mark zona being in bass fishing hall of fame while Bill Taylor is not?

You're not required to take a polygraph so that LE can look for "inaccuracies". I can't think of any other sport (if you want to call bass fishing a sport) where the participants are subject to random polygraphs after the event. Not required but u can clear ur name if u r innocent! Simple solution. If people don't like the rules then don't participate!! Small tournaments and large tournaments have given them for years. And btw there is video and text proof of him breaking the rules and he self admitted to breaking the rule in his video "I called a guy to ask about surrounding water and what is similar" It's all about intent and common sense You are nuts if you take a polygraph to "clear your name", the cops are looking for someone to pin the tail of the donkey on, they aren't looking to clear anyone. Polygraphs are a weak tool, BASS is weak to use them.

Guilty until you prove your innocence huh. I think your judgment is clouded by an obvious hatred of the Martin family. It's possible none of the Elite Anglers knew how the poly and investigations were going to be handled. It seems BASS isn't quite sure how they are handled because ever since the new TD has arrived, people have been getting DQ'd left and right and all of them come out after the fact and contest the poly results. So why would any angler want to take a poly through BASS? Also, the former top poly guy from MLF went on Zaldains podcast a couple years ago and basically said most the poly's are trash. So, you have anglers and former poly guys saying this and yet you seem to assume people are guilty because the object to it.

It isn’t hatred- he is just calling a spade a spade Lol!! It's amazing what some people can make out of a comment! He admitted to cheating in his video in the first minute! There is a video of the 1st incident and text messages of this one! OH! and he refused the poly that he is contractually obligated to take! U and I don't agree on FFS but nice to see we do on this! Scott is a spade!

He admitted his guilt in his own video in the first minute silly!! "I called a guy to ask if the place resembles the chick or wherever????"..... If no intent why not just ask his roommate who is from NC and he can legally discuss anything with? INTENT!!! Means guilty not hatred!
