I mailed a package on 3-2-25 to St Louis , got there 4-2-25. Can't believe it even got there by then

I had a package mailed out on Feb. 22nd. Still not here. Been lost in limbo ever since it hit Dallas.

Mailed trailer registration 2 weeks ago. Have not seen new sticker and check has not cleared. I am assuming it is lost in the mail. I normally get a new sticker within a week when I renew online. Trailer doesn't have a serial number so online is not an option.

Mailed house payment 3/25/25 still has not been received by lender.

Still useful. We just mailed a bunch of senior graduate pictures and invitations to family members. They live all over. Not sure how we'd do it otherwise. Plus digital sometimes just doesn't cut it if you know what I mean.

Mailed a check to linens vendor 2 weeks ago in Dallas. They don't have it yet

Been many years since I mailed anything other than my mail-in ballot.

Coming up on a month and a half now...

I just had a "holy [censored]" incident with USPS. Purchased a transferable M16 from a dealer in Pennsylvania. Took only four days to get from there to Dallas. Then the box sat at the Dallas distribution center for almost two weeks. No scans, no tracking updates, etc until the day it was finally being delivered, and even then the tracking updates only happened about 30 minutes before it actually arrived. Worst part was that the seller only insured it for $700 rather than the purchase price (quite a lot more).

I'm grateful that it was delivered in the same condition that it was shipped, but I was on edge for those two weeks. Am now using airtags in high value shipments and experimenting with USPS overnight express. At least then if it doesn't get delivered on time, I get my shipping cost refunded.

I do believe the fear of Elon has been put into them. My mailbox is slowly getting cleaned up. I have a mail lady that's bending federal law to make sure my mail arrives....in my box.
