Congrats, that place looks awesome! Far enough away from Atlanta, and great lake. That garage is good sized as well. Mine is 24x24 and I can fit a full size F250 in there easily.
If you own any of those woods around you, you will eventually need a chain saw, a tractor and a burn pile. I see that Warner Robins AB is close by as well. Nice.

Congrats...  What's this extra maintenance some talk about???... We bought waterfront (12 years ago) and maintenance is no different than any home I've ever owned... We had a covered dock built out of wood with a lift for the pontoon. It's on floats and cables because the TVA draws the lake down 20-25 feet (flood control) starting in early September and then starts bringing it back up in March. We've done the normal home improvements that every homeowner does... Roof, new appliances, new siding, carpet, remodels, added a 30x40 garage... The only thing we do differently here than what we did at the old house is we hired a crew to cut the grass... So in reality I do less maintenance here than I did at the old house... Now if everyone is talking about owning and maintaining two houses... That's a different story... Dan

He also owned a little drive through chinese restaurant before that. Did you know a Benson Lin? He passed away a few years ago.

I was going to ask if it was Benson’s before I finished reading. His steak was good but his sushi was excellent! The place is called Props now but the menu is pretty much the same. I always assumed it was his family that worked there, if so, it’s all the same people. Such a small world
