What are some ramps that are available at Fork to launch at for a fee? I'm coming down next week for the first time in an aluminum boat and there are times based off of wind it's nice to not have to run the main lake at places. Can you pay to launch anywhere in Little Caney, up towards the dam in those first first coves etc? Were staying in Little Mustang at a house and I know there is a pay ramp by the bridge there so I have that area covered. thank you in advance. Travis

More people will chime in with detailed knowledge - but from personal experience, there are TONS of pay ramps all over the lake.
Mustang Resort on the lower west side. Two over by Quail hollow in Little Caney.
Those are the two I use most with my fishing guys. $5 to launch.

Yup, Quail Hollow is a good one in Little Caney - $5
Pope's Landing is in Mustang creek, pretty protected, $5, and you never have to leave that arm.
Chaney Point RV Part. Down on the SW part of the lake close to the dam, two accesses into two different cove's. Used to be $5, might be free now, but worst case $5.
The New SRA access @ Caney Point is great. Protected, nice docks and facilities. Get a west or SW wind and you have a lot of good water to fish that's protected.

West Fork, on 2946 at the bridge. Diagonally across from the old Rainswood launch at the other end of the bridge.

I sure appreciate that info from you guys. Helps a lot! I have the Vick boat lanes chip but the stories of the place and coming for the first time make a guy nervous

Launched at Quail Creek for $5 a couple of weeks ago. Just watch the wind, it’s pretty exposed to a South wind, which isn’t uncommon.

If you launch at Quail Hollow or Patriot RV Park idle directly across Little Caney cove and fish Horner Branch. It will protect you from a south wind and it's good fishing.

Fisherman's cove will get you into Williams, i think there is one in back of Chaney, a free one across from axtons puts you close to a couple north creeks, fork has plenty of places to launch

Shady Shores RV Park is a good place to get out of the wind. I’ll be honest, I’m not sure if you’re supposed to put a boat in there or not but I did several times about 3 weeks ago and never had issues. There’s no signs or anything. All I know is that I was actually able to fish up in there instead of fighting 40mph wind
