Been to the one in the Colony and it was OK but not worth the price.

Was it Hard 8 that was in trouble with labor board for salary managers taking a cut of employee tips? It was a big lawsuit and company lost. Last I remember, they were still looking for ex employees to give them their cut.

Tough crowd. Ive had alot of good bbq from the Stephenville location. And they make a mean pork chop if youre feeling like a change up.

Burleson one is horrible. have been 3 times, it is like they use no rub at all, bland and no flavor.

I've had it once. It was fine. Not the "craft" bbq like the Texas Monthly Top 50, but definitely better than say Dickie's.

They are fine. Nothing more, nothing less.
Lot's of discussion on Hard 8 on a thread a few weeks back when they made a top 10 list on some publication. Not going to go through all that again are we? If you don't like don't go ,we have been once . it was ok

I think I get my expectations to high when it comes to most of the highly hyped, highly priced BBQ places and am generally disappointed a little. None of them do everything well, but for $40-50 per person you would think most of them would be better. We stick with a local place or two that most people never have heard of. Some of the best BBQ here in Nac come from a couple of food trucks.

I've been to the store in Coppell a few times.
I liked it, but never loved it.
Overall, I don't go out for BBQ that often, that I usually like what I get no matter what company I choose.

Their half yard bird is solid. I get their chicken once a week with their sausage. Not crazy about their brisket or ribs.
