I dislike people so much I would move to Port Mansfield if I could but Rockport Fulton seems more reasonable. My brother has a waterfront condo with his own boat dock, look west see Tampa Bay, boats, and palms go east and it is an unmitigated disaster of crowding, wall to wall traffic, and crazy people.

Liquor prices have held steady for many years.

Somewhere without traffic jams, lower or no property taxes, salt water close by. I have a new venture working and I'll stuck around long enough to help my business partners in it get it going. I need to wrap up some stuff here and do some selling. I figure 30 months if all goes well.

I don't understand how but construction is booming g out here on Lake Bridgeport and Wise County in general. Residential and commercial. I don't know what they spent to build CampQYB out here on the lake but it wasn't cheap. Tons of homes pushing the $1M mark too.

The county has a couple thousand new homes about to be built. It's wild.

When all the houses are built it's gonna slow everything down. We don't have the infrastructure for that many people.

We have the College Final 4 here in San Antonio. Just about every descent restaurant is packed. Every restaurant and bar along the River Walk and on St. Mary's Street is jammed packed. Hotels are full. and people spending money. Oh yea traffic is HORRIBLE.

Side Note: There is also a lot of construction going on. Residential, commercial, a new large hospital, and roads. By the way things look people must be working.

If you get away from the beaches, there's still a lot of uncrowded coastline. There's no stoplight in Seadrift, or do we need one. If you really hate people, Austwell is even more void of people. Olivia/Port Alto are nice little communities. There's more, just depends on your wants.

Not a stoplight yet- some mega huge project coming, read it last week, forgot the details.

Not in Seadrift, there's zero secrets.
The only place here that gets nuts is Port O Connor, everything else is more than tolerable.
