1. It's an epidemic and has to stop.
2. They are by far the most aggressive drivers on the road.

History has shown that the only way to stop something is to have consequences for the action you want stopped. I have zero confidence in today’s climate of that happening. Consequences = hurt feelings = lost votes. There are not enough politicians in this state with a backbone to resolve anything as simple as this.

Do a little research, HB 718, paper tags are coming to an end in Texas beginning July 1st.
Dealers will issue metal tags on site the day of any vehicle purchase, new or used.

Good deal….i hereby rescind all negative remarks concerning paper tags. Hopefully law enforcement officers will be able to enforce the new law.

Can’t wait. I am sick of turds driving around town escaping the responsibility of car ownership by abusing paper tags.

Houston is the worst , paper plates printed on home printer flapping in the wind. Don’t pay tolls, registration or insurance. Cops don’t bat an eye. Pisses me off.

My biggest issue with it. We have an entire sub culture that lives as tho there are no rules of society……majority are “new” here.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember having paper tags back in the seventies and eighties. IF I remember right, the plates on the vehicle were transferred to the new owner. I smoked a lot back then so I could be wrong. grin

Am I seeing what I think I’m seeing? That looks like a falling headliner being wedged in place by a can of headliner adhesive. noidea
