We have seen a good drop in mortgage rates lately, including today, pushing rates down into a range where it will make sense for a lot of folks to refinance.

If you have a rate in the mid 6's or higher, it may make sense to pull the trigger on a refi right now. A lot of people in Dec decided to wait because they thought rates would get lower. Same thing during the summer last year. This could be your second chance if that was you. Maybe they just keep falling and falling, but if you think that, I have some data I can share that may make you reconsider that thought.
