And some actually take pride in the stuff they own.

The grass looks awesome especially for this early in the season. I have always taken a different approach I actually tell my neighbor I will take care of his strip next to his driveway that includes mowing and any fertilizer. This year I am using Grassperson to do all chemical and fert treatments with the understanding they treat that strip along with my yard. For me it looks better to have it uniform especially since these yards around here are so small. That’s just me each to his own I am trying to improve a couple yards across the street because it is my view their view of my yard is a nice lawn, flowers, etc. They are both rentals but they will run the sprinklers as I instruct. I am now taking full control of their yards and they are paying me to do so. One yard was perfect then had terrible renters that let it die. They are gone and great renters now who want a nice yard I got some of it back last year it is a work in progress for sure.
