My trolling motor doesn’t run as quietly as it did when new. Now for the first few min. It will shut off and the red light will come on. I turn off the button and turn it back on and it works after I have done this a few times it will run for the rest of the day.

Check your battery cable connections, As for not being as quiet, check prop for chips and dings. If damaged they can be noisy

Pull the app and check diag on it. We are authorized repair facility if you are in the Fort Worth area.

Any thoughts about what could be causing the roar. The red light hasn’t came on for the last 3 trips
