Pork butt steaks whole hog rubbed and chuck roast chupa brisket rubbed with bacon topper. Just flipped and spritzed with vinegar and water mix and a few shots of spray butter. 250 cook.

3 lb bone in ribeye. Wind has me on point so reverse sear to about 125-130 in the bake at 250. Will sear on gas, yes-sorry, it works for us. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2025/03/full-12806-264574-img_0246.jpeg)
Keep looking forward. That’s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.

What has happed to you does not define who you are-
HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!

I did chicken leg quarters,, did ok.. Need to be crispier. Any tricks? I'd try the oven at 450 top rack for a few minutes. Watch it closely as it should get crispy fairly quick.

Smoking a couple turkey breasts. Grilling some chicken breasts and veggies too. Nothing too fancy, just meal prep for the week mostly.

I grilled some chicken thighs yesterday. Brown potatoes and buttered corn(the frozen bag kind). Post oak for smoke.
So tonight's dinner is extra easy. Microwave the chicken and potatoes. Cook some frozen broccoli and it's done. To include a raw ALDI jalapeno. The latest batch ain't bad. They'll water your nose a bit but it's hotter then the previous. Those were as spicy as a bell pepper. These are just right.

Going to grill some boneless pork chops in a bit. A little olive oil then McCormicks and on the grill. Probably slice some and put on top of a big salad
