With a 6.4 Aftershock!? That would be devastating.
Anything damaged but not destroyed would be finished off with an aftershock of that magnitude. For those of you not that familiar with earthquakes a 7.7 is ridiculously huge. A 6.4 on its own is a major major earthquake.

I would question the engineering allowing that fail, buildings around it don't seem to impacted.
