Got a new computer and trying to install my Quicken account on the new computer. Talked to support for almost an hour to no avail. Do I really need a Quicken type software now that banks have online banking? I don’t own a business, it’s just to track personal income and expenses. I don’t even use the bill pay function out of Quicken.

Seems to have worked, although I have had to buy her a new ink pen a couple of times.

When I had my donut shop, I tried that Quicken only to learn that it was much more Slowen for me. I hated that program with a passion and still do. Don't know about now, but they nickel and dime you to death. You needed support, that's $49.95. You want to talk to a human in support, that will set you back $199.95. You want English, yeah there's a charge for that. Oh, did you want fries with that? Then they hang up on you and you have to start the whole damn thing over again.
I really hope it's gotten better by now, but I will never knowingly use another Intuit product.

Try Every Dollar. It's an app from Dave Ramsey. Suppose to be really good and connects to your bank account

This. And your bank probably has an export to csv function so you can pull it right into excel.
