I hope they are wrong and it rains triple of what they are saying; but realistically, it’ll rain 1/4 of what they are saying.

To accurately predict the weather:

Take the rain forecast and subtract. 2 to 3 inches is 3 - 2 = 1 inch

For wind, add the numbers together. 10 - 15 mph is 10 + 15 = 25 mph

Had a light shower just go by.. The smell was incredible.. It's been a while..

We received 1.5" staring yesterday afternoon through this morning. Hopefully more tonight and tomorrow.

I got 1/10" yesterday afternoon. It started again last night and I emptied the rain gauge a while ago with over 7 1/2" in it. It's almost at 1/2" again, with rain scheduled most of the night. I'm loving it!

I should add; the average annual rainfall here is 28.2". I've gotten over a quarter of that in the last 24 hours.
