There's a guy in Arlington that dances on different street corners along Cooper. Not a panhandler, but is on the spectrum. He does it to make people happy. Ended up getting free tickets to the Taylor Swift concert a while back.
There's a lady that is on the corner of Campus I-20 in Fort Worth that I've seen get dropped off and then she rides her little scooter to the corner and waits. Lady makes bank and only shows up a couple of times a month now.

There's a guy in lake Worth who plays metal cranked to 11 on the yield island, I've even seen him set up drums on the on ramp to 820 and jam out.

We have a violin player on the corner here in Nac playing his electric violin through a speaker. I noticed the music coming out of the speaker has no connection to the movement of his actual violin playing. He travels around ETex with his act.
