Joe's has been a very good customer of mine for a very long time and they are as great to deal with as their restaurant is to dine at. REALLY good people and a REALLY great establishment to frequent.

No one mentioned Long John Silvers?  I almost did when someone mentioned A&W - I dont always post it when I have but sometimes I stop by one of these combo delicacies because sometimes you just gotta feed that craving for codfish and wash it down with an ice cold plastic mug of root beer-

I remember dad would take us there from Mesquite back in the late’60s. Had to pay 60 cents to use the turnpike

Woody's in Mineral Wells. Had my 1st DMDC burger in 1978 and was there last Saturday for lunch

The Stump Restaurant and Club in Brookeland. My personal favorite. Love it ! But The Cedar Tree in Jasper shouldn't be forgotten. Weekend evening buffet still has frog legs on it.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it !
