I have to give you credit, your troll game has come a long way. I'm pretty sure not only has this subject been hashed over countless times but unless you just started watching this stuff you know what goes on out there. Nothing new here is happening that doesn't happen at every BASS event

Dude is 107 years old. It’s 100% not a troll…it’s real life!

agree....got to believe that spectator boats with sonars pinging and trolling motors turning on and off, scares some of the fish that the pro might have caught....studies have shown that big bass will move out of an area when a boat approaches...goes without saying that when a spectator boat moves in behind a pro,any fish he catches, the pro won't be able to catch if he comes back to the spot...

That’s all part of until you have them fishing on private lakes.

They weren’t denied anything- it’s just part of the conditions they signed up for.

It’s public water- nothing wrong with lots of boats out there.

do you think football or baseball would be more interesting or have any effect on the game if they let the jock-sniffers out on the field during games?

If the MLB played baseball in my backyard, you bet I’d be chillin RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF the diamond.

It’s a public lake.

On live they said all the anglers were pretty ok with the spectators. The anglers, more than once, had to call off the camera boats from running through their spots. Haha.

I went yesterday and watched Zaldain and then Fothergill and Livesay they were sharing water pretty close to each other , there was a couple other pros coming into there area also those 4 people got along great . I didn’t see one spectator boat get in the way most were 100yards or so out towards the main creek , heck Fothergill and Livesay fished around the area when they moved out every one would get out of the way . I don’t get why you don’t think people should come out and watch they do in golf .

how many spectator boats were there and how close to the pros were they?

does anybody remember the pictures of Jason Christie or Iconnelli trying to fish docks on Grand lake and having to weave through spectator boats to fish a line of docks?

Yes, those were narrow winding creeks and the spectator boats had followed them back but stayed far enough away so they could fish. Then when they came back out they were weaving through them rather than everyone starting motors to get out of the way quickly. Don’t remember any Pros complaining though.

And then you post a Photoshopped pic to prove your point.

I copied this picture from our last years discussion...the photo is from James Overstreets photo gallery during the classic that year....Iconnelli was also fishing docks and i recall he was surrounded by a mob of boats also...believe this was the year when a dog was barking at him and he yelled a cussword at the dog that they got on camera and embarrassed him with the replays...next day he brought the dog a bag of dog treats...

That don't look like a real picture to me.

When I watched Livesay and Fothergill there were probably 15/20 but no one got close to them probably 100 yards or so they did move back out to the main channel but everyone move I thought we/I did a good job.
