Is it just me or does it look like there aren't many people at the Classic weigh-in?

I think it hurt the weigh attendances with the expo being miles away .

I was at the weigh in today. It was not full but thats to be expected being day 2. Tomorrow I think they said they were expecting 18K.

I think parking is keeping people from attending the weigh in. You can expect to pay about $25 for parking at the expo and then another $35 for the weigh in. Last time you had the Expo and weigh in within walking distance of each other. Other than the parking I think they have done a tremendous job of putting this one together this year. I almost didnt go because the Covid Classic was pretty underwhelming but it was damn good this time around.

Are you talking about the last time they were here in 2021? The expo crowd on Saturday 2021 was F'ing insane, haven't heard how it its this year. Why did they move the Expo location this year?

It was pretty entertaining. Mercer kept it moving along as quickly as he could. There was an accident on the highway that made all the boats late.

Maybe this has something to do with crowd size
Parking at Dickie’s Arena for Bassmaster Classic will be $30 (+$5 fees) on-site or pre-pay at $25 (+$5 fees). Pre-purchase tickets

That's a bunchbof tree hugging hippie [censored]. I don't even like paying 10$ to launch at certain lakes. I can go fishing 3 times on 50$ which would pay for gas alone. I attended one of the weigh ins last time the Classic fished RR, and don't remember paying that much. But I did have to pay for parking, that always stings.

There is a free shuttle from the Expo to Dickies. Out on 9th near the tailgate...

I saw that video after I made this post..... All the weigh-ins I have gone in recent years were pretty packed. I was surprised to see so many empty seats on the lower level. And no I'm not trying to say the FFS has anything to do with it.

The expo is just a bigger draw for most people. Last year year I went to the expo but had zero desire to go sit in an arena and it was 2 blocks from the expo.
