OP Bassjiggin1955 Angler B Joined: Sep 2022 Posts: 426	Both Hensley lake & Eastman lake are in eastern Madera Co. In central Ca. Hensley lake is a 90,000 acre ft. Impoundment. It has largemouth bass bluegill crappie catfish and seasonal trout plants from Nov through end of April. Currently it is at 38 % of capacity as of March 18th. Eastman lake is 9 miles northeast of Hensley lake. Eastman lake is a 150,000 impoundment in eastern Madera Co. Larger mouth bass and Florida strain bass were introduced in 1980 by the DFG and Madera bass club with habit work done by both army corp. and Madera bass could working together. The lake also has bluegill crappie catfish and seasonal trout plants from Nov through end of April The lake is currently at 58% both lake are coming up.
