Duuuuude, that’s legit!
Question, no potatoes?
potatoes are in my raised bed at the house; not enuf sunlight there due to 100ft pine trees to grow these veggies that need FULL sunlight.

Good call. I’ve got two more stumps to dig out. I’ve had enough for today.

What kind are you growing?
I’m a bit ahead of you on timing; might be time to start hilling some soon.

Kennebecs and red pontiac. I told you we had a short window here, weather has changed since my post. More flash floods may set me back. Hopefully I plant some Friday. My early planting or late planting will fail, always been the case since I was a kid. We just disk them up and plant tomatoes or melons in their place.

Received a couple of new gardening tools this year. Have you tried one of these for pulling weeds? Bad arse for pulling weeds out of the lawn! ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2025/04/full-50986-264856-img_6783.jpeg)

And have you ever used a stirrup hoe? I’ll never use an old style hoe again for deweeding the garden ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2025/04/full-50986-264857-img_6787.jpeg)

I've use and have the stirrup hoe, it works good. The weed puller I've never used, looks like it should work good.
just trying to catch a fish
