my new garden spot; 30 x 50 / 7 rows; soaker hose for each row; not happy with the onions on the right side, but i had no time to prep the soil this year;
left to right - 3 rows corn / 1 row peppers / half row maters / half row squash / 1 row beans / onions
fabric bought at Sam's; $30 / 225ft; weed control; plant area is about 8 inches; test run this year

That’s a real nice plan for your garden. I gave up on growing squash, and cucumbers, due to squash bugs, it’s a losing battle.

Search for " companion planting " or a book called " carrots love tomatoes " . Lots of companion plants can help control pests . wink
