Good afternoon, I have a 2000 R83VS and my live well aerators are not working, I have tested both pumps and they both work correctly. I checked wiring from the back of the boat to the dash and cannot find any frayed wiring or anything like that. The switch on the Dash when you push into auto the light on the switch do not come on but in manual the light comes on. I think it may be the live well timer switch that may have gone bad, I would like some opinions or if anyone has had this problem before or suggestions. Thank you, Danny

I would put a meter on both sides of the livewell switch. Heck, a test light would work. Make sure you have power coming to the switch and that power is exiting the switch toward the pumps when turned on. The system is pretty simple.

I would also double check your ground on your fuse box. I’ve had some odd stuff happen on Rangers due to that ground in particular.
