I do some trips on Sandlin every year. It's a good lake.

It’s been fishing good! Solid fish for Sandlin! Bruce came from Wyoming to fish with me. Said they stop and take pictures of 8” crappie in Wyoming!! Him and his wife both had fish over 2 pounds. We caught them on timber anywhere from 10’ to 28’ FOW with most fish spawning in the tops of trees. Slab Syndicate 1/4oz Popcycle was the weapon of choice paired up the 11’ Jenko Kevin Rogers rods. I still have some April and May dates available if folks wanna get on the water! Little man’s trash fishing is taking up a lot of my crappie time but it’s worth it! I think I’m having more fun with it than the kids are. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2025/03/full-1155-264343-img_9982.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2025/03/full-1155-264344-img_9978.jpeg)

Marty Thomas handles our family trip each year. He used to guide LOP but has moved to Sandlin. Look him up on Facebook.
And Jesus said to them, Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men. Mark 1:17 (NASB)
