Yes, lots of them! Lately policy's to pay for funeral services, new Medicare options and extended car/truck warranties. I usually just let the go unanswered but, I ordered a new whole house generator and have been getting appointment calls intermingled with SPAM calls.

For me it comes in waves. It’s been quiet the past couple months.

For iPhone users there’s a nice “mute unknown callers” feature. The call still comes through but it’s silent without having to mute it yourself. I like it just be careful cause sometimes unknown numbers are actually calls you might want to take. For me that’s essentially never so it’s great for me.

I got one about 7:00 last night and the gentlemen said my student debt could be forgiven. I said "That sounds awesome" in a very normal tone and he hung up. Must be getting paid by the call. smile

This feature is glorious!

I don’t know what caused it but I get 2-3 times the spam calls that I used to. I do mostly what spasm09 does.
I look at them every day or 2 and add to blocked callers list. Most come back the very next day or 2 with a new number. There are 3 or 4 that are very persistent that I can recognize right quick when I send to blocked callers. They come back next day or day after with a different number except the last 4 digits. I’m sure I’m on some lists using robo caller.

They’ve completely filled up my blocked callers list and it just rolls numbers off the bottom I guess. Oh well, at least they don’t interrupt what I’m doing. My frustration level on a scale of 1-10 was about 14 till someone on here told me how to fix it. Now it’s down to about 1.5
HUGE THANKS to whoever told me how to fix it.

Been getting medicare phone calls alot here lately. I get pizzed and try to make them understand that i am 50 and take my name off the list. Most hang up on me. All different local numbers, sometimes 3 or 4 a day. Rediculous.

Had one call yesterday and asked my age. I said 120 and she said I wasn’t eligible and thanked me and hung up!

Be careful what you say, they can record your voice and use it against you.

I use an old lady voice when I actually talk to them, and never say the word “yes.”
