I believe that I might have settled on Bucky Moonshine's in Deep Ellum. Am I foolish to even attempt to ask if any of you have ever tried that place?

And if you’re lucky, you might see a few Dallas Cowboys players. This place is popular with the brothers.

You know dam good and well that I hate the Dallas Cowboys. Thanks for ruining it for me.

PS - Now, if you had said I might see former Aggie and SW Conference star Darren Lewis or Dat Nyugen or the Greatest of all time, Bucky Richardson there....

roflmao roflmao

Did see well known Aggie Kevin Smith in there one time

I know this doesn’t help but I’m going to roll some bugs today. Yesterday morning while Riley and I were driving to Goliad for slack we passed HEB in San Antonio and she said “dad we should stop in the way home and get some bugs”. So daddy being a good dad stopped and got 30lbs. Spring break send off before she heads back to school

It’s gonna take you a while, bunch of road closures in and around Deep Ellum.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right

If I come down there and teach you how to properly peel and eat a mudbug and responsibly partake in the coldest of cold beers at the same time, can i fish the stock tanks / lakes?

Tried going to Terrebonnes on Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth last Saturday as I've heard good things about the place. The wait to get in for lunch was 1.5 hours so didn't stay. Did see several people eating crawfish and the bugs looked to be good size and they seemed to be enjoying them. It's a BYOB place. We ended up going to Razoos and they were just OK and several of them were rather small.

I’m kinda a crawfish snob. Most restaurants overcook, under soak and under season. I’m not saying mine are the best because they aren’t ( according to Riley Pocos with Couyon Crawfish are the best and they are damn good). I e learned a lot from Ray and his crew over the yrs

You are going to have a real hard time seeing Darren Lewis anywhere. As Dr. Bones would say….”He’s dead Jim.”.
