Are there any SCUBA divers on the TFF? This is a video from a deep decompression wall dive in Cozumel. Hope you find it interesting. ]

Great video. Thanks for posting. My wife and I dive, and Cozumel is a frequent destination. We're more along the lines of recreational divers. TM

Thank you for sharing this. It really takes me back to when I was diving a lot.
Used to do a lot of diving. Got my open water cert there in Cozumel. I’ve been to Poor Knights Islands just North of New Zealand. Blue Mao Mao arch was incredibly beautiful. Got my advanced open water cert in the Red Sea out of Sharm el Sheikh. Absolutely stunning corals! Dived around Vis Island, Croatia on Roman shipwrecks. The Adriatic Sea was pretty chilly, but seeing all the ruins made me forget about the cold.
I haven’t been SCUBA diving in years. The feeling of total peace and tranquillity is indescribable, especially once I took the “Perfect Buoyancy” part of the AOW courses. I never realized, until then, how hard I fought to do what I so enjoyed doing!

JR Glad the video brought back good memories. I’m heading to the Red Sea in a couple of weeks, looking forward to it.

Thank you for posting that. I'm a deep-water diver & mixed gas diver. Been to quite a few remote areas like Hotu-matua where i dove with Michele of the Cousteau team on their ZodiakMII. I've been with others discovering new species of fish like randalli to molluscan unknowns. I've a few sp named for me as well. Thanks for this!
Traveled the World diving & fishing. Became a ranked billiard player in Asia. Won a few senior bowling tournaments. I travel to the US, Australia & Europe working with museums & doing educational lectures.

Beautiful place to dive, I was there many years ago but didn't go that deep. Palancar and Yucab Reefs was also a very nice place to dive. The drift dives we did were a whole lot of fun and it was impossible to swim again the current.

Thanks for posting this. I quit diving in 2007. The main reason I quit was my very good dive buddy and the owner of the boat I dove off of for over 25 years suddenly died. I used to live in Milwaukee but moved to Texas due to a transfer. I went back several times a year for work and diving vacations so every year I would time my trips to go shipwreck diving with my buddies. By 2007 when my dive buddy died, I was in my 50's. Deep, cold water decompression dives are not for older people. I did over a little 1,000 dives mostly cold water (using dry suits) shipwrecks, ice diving (also dry suits) and cave dives (I'm a N.S.S. C.D.S. certified Cave diver).
I did some salt water diving but quite honestly, it kind of board me. Pretty fish just don't do it for me. I did it because my wife liked it but as she got older, she was not really that interested.
