My house should be going on the Market in late May early June.
Idaho is getting so close now I'm getting antsy.

No smokes here
I've been invited for beer but haven't joined.

That’s ^^^ what I’m talking about!

The smokes things was just for effect.

Right here smack dab in the middle of GP, I’ve got great neighbors on both sides. It wouldn’t be anything for either one to show up on my doorstep or me on theirs. I have been to family parties at both neighbors’ homes on a whim. I like it this way very much.

Had 2 neighbors that I had drank with die. One from cirrhosis, the other a massive heart attack (I was there, he was on the tractor, pulled him off (300lbs) somehow and CPR'd him 35 minutes).

The heart attack guy bought Glenlivet by the case and I'd ride with him to the Indian Res to buy tax free cigs 3 cartons at a time. Very cool dude. Class III firearms dealer. Ex-Army Intelligence officer.

Oh, I have great neighbors. We help each other all the time.

Nearest store is 6 miles away.

Absolutely! We are great friends with our neighbors, heck we have them over for birthdays, pool parties, etc. During storms we have a text chain where we check on each other and offer up help as needed. We couldn't ask for better neighbors.

I have good neighbors. We keep an eye out for each other and occasionally help out on misc projects around the houses or loan a tool or lawn equipment if one is broken down.

if you can't identify the bad neighbor.... you are the bad neighbor.

Same thing here except Brookshire's is only 4.5 miles away, must be an East Texas thing.

We just moved last February to our new place. We live in a little country neighborhood with 5 houses and we all have about 3 acre lots. One of the neighbors barely waves and keeps to themselves. Never spoke a word. They have a beautiful house and keep it very well maintained on the outside. I can deftinately appreciate that. The other neighbors are awesome and we talk frequently and have dinner/BBQ together...

Could but won’t.

Yes, No, Yes. Don't smoke anymore, and I doubt the note from the parents thing would work anywhere anymore.

I have awesome neighbors. 2 young couples with kids. We help each other all of the time. Just this morning neighbor across the street texted me at 6:30 am asking if I had a water main key. His line busted and was flooding his yard. I said "Yep" and walked out the door and handed it to him. We do stuff like that all of the time. We even know each others garage codes.

Now it is more of the tool sharing/borrowing, not the sugar, flour. eggs.
