I have only had it a few times, bone in 1 inch thick rib chops, grilled to medium rare and glazed with jalapeno jelly, laripen good !

Same experience in my meat cutting days 40 years ago.

We did have one middle eastern older guy that came in every week without fail. He would ring the service bell and always ask in broken accent these 5 words …
“do you have lamb kidneys?”
Me: “I don’t think so, … I think they’re just normal human kidneys”)

Keep in mind we were only ordering one or maybe two lamb a week and with the tiny size of a lamb kidney the total package price of a couple of lamb kidneys was usually a grand sale of about 20 cents. roflmao
