Chops with a Greek marinade to start. Heavy on the lemon, garlic, onion powder, oregano… Over charcoal for the win. In my family I’m the only diner at this meal. Navy port calls in Greece honed my flavor profile. I have it a couple times a year….I also love lamb shanks braised….

Sweet, I spent 3 or 4 days in Souda Bay waiting on a COD back the cv-67. soldier

Same. I grew up eating it but cooked with heavy smoke. If I have it anywhere now it just tastes like old meat.
