Chops with a Greek marinade to start. Heavy on the lemon, garlic, onion powder, oregano… Over charcoal for the win. In my family I’m the only diner at this meal. Navy port calls in Greece honed my flavor profile. I have it a couple times a year….I also love lamb shanks braised…. 
Keep looking forward. That’s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.

Chops with a Greek marinade to start. Heavy on the lemon, garlic, onion powder, oregano… Over charcoal for the win. In my family I’m the only diner at this meal. Navy port calls in Greece honed my flavor profile. I have it a couple times a year….I also love lamb shanks braised…. Great food there. I’ve only been to Souda but I’m going to mainland with my son this July!
